My Story

Because being ‘healthy’ shouldn’t feel like a second job.

No fear-based wellness. No purity culture. Just practical options.

At 18, my body said “enough”. I lost movement from the waist down, spent years in hospitals, and got the classic “it’s all in your head.” (Spoiler: it wasn’t.)


Ankylosing Spondylitis was the answer… but not the solution.

The solution started in 2016: small, practical changes I could live with.


Whole foods. Less processed junk. Better daily inputs.
And slowly, everything shifted; my body, my energy, my confidence.
